Elizabeth Garrett

Liz has been putting down roots in Hamilton, Ontario since 1997.  Her current passions include:  baking, fermenting, canning, knitting, Waldorf Education and Natural Medicines.  She spends her days washing things, homeschooling children, steeping herbs, reading, writing, walking in the city, mending things, and cooking up crates of vegetables.  She lives with her husband and trio of children at the heart of Backyard Harvest.
